What this Entails
- Week of Communication: In person meeting as well as electronic communication the week-of to communicate details.
- Coordination with vendors: Coordinator will work with all of the vendors, such as the florist, caterer, and DJ, to ensure that they are arriving on time and have everything they need.
- Set-up and breakdown: Coordinator will oversee day-of items (guest book, menus, programs, lit candles etc…) and assist with the breakdown at the end of the event.
- Timeline management: Coordinator will create a detailed timeline for the event and ensure that everything runs according to schedule.
- Handling unexpected issues: Coordinator will be on hand to handle any unexpected issues that may arise, such as weather-related changes, forgotten shoes or last-minute vendor cancellations.
- Communication with wedding party: Coordinator will keep the wedding party informed of the schedule and any changes, so they can focus on enjoying their day
- Coordination of Ceremony and Reception: Coordinator will handle the coordination of the ceremony and reception, making sure everything runs smoothly, and all the vendors are on schedule.
- Distribution of gratuities and final payments to all vendors.
- Assist with vendor load-in: The day of coordinator will ensure that vendors are loaded in to the event space on time and without any issues.
